ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF GULF COUNTY, FLORIDA

STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP (SHIP) FUNDING

Gulf County has as a small amount of remaining funds from 2019-2020 funding year, Florida Housing Finance Corporation SHIP funds to provide Housing Rehabilitation and Purchase assistance, for approved Very Low-income single-family housing units, in Gulf County. Applications for the SHIP Program WILL be made available on 18 August 2022 starting at 8:00am EST at the office listed below. For additional information or to see if you qualify in the Very Low category contact Joe Paul or Lynn Lanier at (850)229-6125. If you are unable to come to the office, the SHIP applications will be available on the Gulf County BOCC web site at http://www.gulfcounty-fl.gov. The hours of operation for our offices are Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., E.T. For additional information regarding the County's SHIP Program, please contact Joe Paul or Lynn Lanier at (850) 229-6125. Applications will be accepted for 2019-2020 funding until all funds are expended.

Upon completion, applications must be submitted to Lynn Lanier, at the Robert Moore Administration Building, 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Sr. Boulevard, Port St. Joe, FL 32456. Completed S.H.I.P. applications may be submitted from 18 August 2022 until all funds are expended. Only completed applications will be accepted.
