Wausau looks to fill maintenance staff position

  The Town of Wausau met in special session Tuesday, April 27, to accept the resignation of the town’s maintenance employee. David Ferguson. 

  Ferguson did not give a reason for the resignation but thanked Town Council members in his resignation letter.

“I have truly enjoyed my tenure with the Town of Wausau,” wrote Ferguson. “I am more than grateful for the encouragement you have given me in pursuing my professional and personal growth objectives.”

Wausau council members voted to immediately   begin searching for someone to fill the position, which will be officially vacated Thursday, May 6.
