Chipley man facing felony charges after recovery of stolen items

CHIPLEY – A
Chipley man is in jail on several felony charges after Washington
County Sheriff’s Office Investigators located stolen items on his
property.
 

WCSO received two calls on October 7 in reference to thefts on two separate locations. Reported stolen were: a trailer, tractor, generator, cement mixer, a UTV and other various pieces of property. 

An
investigation began and on October 8 a lead developed and led
investigators to the home of Ryan James Nichols, 22, of Foxworth Road in
Chipley.
Nichols was arrested for both of the thefts reported the previous day and all stolen property was recovered in Tallahassee, Jackson County and on Fox worth Road.
 

Nichols is facing several felony charges.
