CPD seeks assistance in identifying robbery suspect

CHIPLEY – The Chipley Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a robbery suspect. 

At approximately 1 a.m. on October 19, a white male entered the Tom Thumb Store located at South Boulevard
and Highway 77. According to reports, the male brandished a firearm and
demanded money from the cash register. Once the mon
ey was obtained the suspect left the store without further incident.
 

Surveillance
footage captured images of the suspect who is described as a white male
in in twenties, approximately five feet eight inches in height, wearing
a black hoodie
. The suspect also wore a yellow mask that was recovered outside the business.

Chipley Police Department is requesting assistance in the
identification of the subject, if you have information regarding this
