A Chipley man was arrested on drug charges after being found to have 23 crack rocks in his pocket.
An officer with the Chipley Police Department was on patrol when a male subject known to have active felony warrants, was spotted riding his bicycle. 54-year-old Andre L. Gray, of Chipley, was stopped by CPD and subsequently detained on the outstanding warrant.
A search of Gray’s person found 23 crack rocks and marijuana in his pocket.
Gray is charged with the sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.
