Chipley Beef ‘O’ Brady’s still on track to open

According to the latest update from franchisee and owner-operator Scott O’Brien, the coming new Beef ‘O’ Brady’s location in Chipley just got a foundation.

Concrete has been poured, he said.

Hopefully steel beams will be put up, he said.

Within the next few weeks, the steel structure and roof should go up.

O’Brien is looking at August or September for a possible opening date, barring any hold-ups.

The location is at 1403 Main Street (Highway 77), next to One Florida Bank. 

O’Brien said it has been his intention for years to open a Beef ‘O’ Brady’s in Chipley.

“COVID hit and I lost sight of it,” he said. 

After he found some land from a friend, he said absolutely to bringing about the new business.

“We’ve got a foundation,” he said.
