Ribbon cutting held for Off the Railz Diner in downtown Chipley

Community members gathered Tuesday, July 21, for a grand opening and ribbon‑cutting ceremony at Off the Railz Diner, located at 686 5th Street in downtown Chipley. Owners Emily and Javier Valdovinos were joined by their family as they welcomed guests and celebrated the milestone. Attendees included customers, local residents, county commissioners, school board members, business owners, and representatives from local chambers of commerce.
