The Washington County Canvassing Board completed Logic and Accuracy Testing on July 24 for all voting machines that will be used in Florida’s Primary Election on August 18, with the equipment achieving 100% accuracy during testing.

Logic and Accuracy Testing is conducted before each election to verify that voting machines are properly programmed, accurately record and count ballots, and are prepared for Election Day.

County election officials said the testing is part of ongoing efforts to ensure secure, accurate, and transparent elections. Officials also thanked the individuals who participated in the testing process and helped verify the readiness of the county’s election equipment.
