CHIPLEY – Northwest Florida Community Hospital honored its nurses and other healthcare workers with a series of events beginning with National Nurses Day Thursday, May 6, and continuing through National Hospital Week, which was recognized from Sunday, May 9 through Saturday, May 16. Nurses were recognized and treated to a luncheon, with Denise Serigne, R.N. being named NFCH Nurse of the Year. Festivities continued during National Hospital Week, with each day featuring a different special event and prize drawings.
