Members of the Washington County community, including with the Washington Academy of Varying Exceptionalities (WAVE), recently went running throughout town in support of Special Olympics athletes.
Runs have been held throughout the state in support of the Special Olympics, including in neighboring Holmes County. The run included a ceremonial torch carry.
