McSwain retires after 19 years of service to county
Fred McSwain was recognized by members of the Washington County Board of County Commissioners during their August 21 regular session as they presented him with a plaque in honor of his retirement. McSwain retired from his role with the Washington County Recycling Center in July after 19 years of service.
