Carmichael retires after 29 years of service to school district

The Washington County School Board recognized Lucy Carmichael, Director of Finance for the Washington County School District, during its September 8 meeting in honor of her upcoming retirement. Carmichael will officially step down on September 12, concluding 29 years of dedicated service to the district.
