UPDATE: NWS says tornado watch will remain in effect until 6 p.m.


The National Weather Service says a tornado watch will remain in effect until 6 p.m. CST/7 p.m. EST.

Included in this watch are: Gadsden, Liberty, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Jackson, Walton, and Washington counties, as well as Decatur and Seminole counties in Southwest Georgia.

This Includes The Cities Of Abe Springs, Alpine Heights, Argyle, Ausmac, Bainbridge, Bennett, Blountstown, Browntown, Cairo, Callaway, Center Ridge, Chattahoochee, Chipley, Chipley Municipal Airport, Clarksville, Cluster Springs, Crystal Lake, Dalkeith, Davis Park, De Funiak Spring Airport, De Funiak Springs, Decatur Co A/P, Donaldsonville A/P, Donalsonville, Durham, Econfina, Eucheeanna, Fairchild, Five Points, Frink, Graceville, Hanover, Hardin Heights, Honeyville, Howard Creek, Little Hope, Littman, Lynn, Lynn Haven, Malone, Marianna, Marysville, Nixon, Oak Grove, Odena, Orange Hill, Panama City, Poplar Head, Port St. Joe, Quincy, Quincy Airport, Richter Crossroads, Riverturn, Santa Clara, Scotts Ferry, Seminole State Park, Simsville, Sneads, Steinham Store, Sweetwater, West Bainbridge, Wetumpka, Wewahitchka, and White City.
