The Washington County Drug Task Force received a tip on July 12, in reference to the illegal sale of narcotics.
Upon arrival at the Super 8 Motel, in Chipley, Chipley Police Officers made content with the occupant of the room who was identified as 22-year-old Brian Isaac Hall, of Chipley. While interviewing Hall, officers developed probable cause to enter the motel room to conduct a search and collect the illegal narcotics.
Officers found 400 grams of marijuana, digital scales and a large amount of plastic baggies.
Hall is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a specified location and possession of drug paraphernalia.
