It was, indeed, a jolly Christmas in Downtown Chipley on Thursday, Dec. 21, during the town’s Christmas Parade and Festival.
Christmas-themed trucks drove down Main Street, with drivers and parade walkers handing out candy and wishing the crowd lined up on the sidewalk a merry Christmas.
The Grinch was seen in the parade, along with gingerbread men and giant nutcracker dolls.
