Chipley man in custody on warrant and drug charges

 CHIPLEY – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve a warrant at a residence on Buckhorn Boulevard on October 10 and located a separate person with an active warrant. 

While deputies were in the area serving the warrant, contact with Christopher Kevin Corbin, 48, was made. Corbin had an active child support warrant and was found to be in possession of approximately half an ounce of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and over $5,400 in cash, according to WCSO. 

Corbin was arrested on the active warrant and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
