Chipley Police Department officers arrested 39-year-old Phillip L. Hardrick, of Chipley, on felony warrants on Wednesday, September 13.
Hardrick was identified in a September 11 theft from T and B Treasures where he was observed on camera removing a lock box from the business, according to a CPD release.
On September 12, Hardrick was again identified as a suspect in a burglary of an
unoccupied building on Fifth Street, where he entered the residence and committed
a theft and criminal mischief.
Officers were able to arrest Hardrick for the warrants following a short foot pursuit. Following the apprehension of Hardrick, CPD was able to link Hardrick to an August burglary on Coggin Avenue.
Hardrick is charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling – two counts, felony larceny- three counts. Felony criminal mischief, dealing in stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest without violence.
