According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, David Michael Carter was found safe on June 11. He is safely at home with his family. WCSO thanks the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Carter.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a missing man.
David Michael Carter a 59-year-old black male was last seen leaving his home on Rodewood Drive in Chipley at 12:30 p.m. on June 8.
Carter is six feet tall and weighs 207 pounds. Carter is blad with a gray beard. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a light blue button up shirt and brown boots.
Williams was driving a 2004 maroon Ford F-150.
