Chipley Womans Club celebrates Juniorettes
CHIPLEY The Chipley Womans Club honored senior Juniorettes during its May luncheon Wednesday, May 12.
Leading with the heart of a servant, Lara Fleener, Keegan Welch, Nadia Kent, and Ellie Fisher, who will graduate from Chipley High School next week, were assets in serving our community through Juniorette projects, said Club Public Relations Officer Kristin Martin. We wish them all the best in their future adventures and education.
Also during the luncheon, the 2021-2022 slate of officers were installed by General Federation of Womens Clubs (GFWC) Conservation Chairman Patty Fisher. The officers are: President – Kathy Kersey; Vice President – Liz Corbin; Secretary – Jan Whitcomb and Treasurer – Laura Joiner.
Martin states that although the club has several summer projects planned, regular monthly meetings will resume in September.
