Washington County Chamber of Commerce gearing up for annual membership banquet

The countdown is on for Washington County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Membership Banquet slated for Thursday, March 16. 

Members are invited to attend an enchanted night under the stars at The Majestic Oaks in Vernon. The event will kick off at 5 p.m. and feature dinner, entertainment, a silent auction and more. 

The annual event is a major fundraiser for the Chamber. Any individual or business in the community that wishes to donate an item for the silent auction may contact Executive Director Mike Maxwell at 850-638-4157 or email [email protected] to arrange for pickup. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Individual tickets for the event are $45.

As usual, members will meet for the Chamber’s Third Thursday luncheon Feb. 16 at noon at Northwest Florida Community Hospital. This month’s presenter will be Terry Mauer, associate director of the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of West Florida. The SBDC offers no-cost business consulting to new or existing small business owners.
